Leading Organizational Change

During the course of the last few weeks I have learned many techniques that will help me with crucial conversations when it comes time to implement my e-portfolios through my organizational change statement. It will also allow for my introduction to my Why-How-What statement in my organization. As well as implementation of the Influencer Strategy and the beginning of The 4 Disciplines of Execution.

Throughout this course I have seen my plan start to become real. From what I thought was a project to something I am actually plan on doing. This has actually become one of the best decisions I have made thus far. Even though, it has been one of the hardest decisions. I believe coming up with the why, how and what help make me accountable for why I am doing what I am doing. It is telling me this is why we need this and it is telling my administration why it is important to have it. Next, the influencer strategy helped me realize what are the vital behaviors and learn who were the influencers. It was a great book.

I learned so much about what needs to be done to implement my plan.  Approaches I have never even thought of that will help make implementing my strategy with more ease. Also, 4dx that really brought me to what needed to be done. Why must we execute this plan, what is my most important goal and how am I going to make myself accountable. I believe all of these strategies will give us great perspective when we are ready to approach administration and implement our plans as well as, produce great leaders in our organizations.
